We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Server to join our team at Piedmont/Casons. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by presenting the menu, answering questions, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Present the menu to guests, answer questions, and make recommendations about food and service
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and service bars
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars
• Serve meals to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Total bills and accept payment, or refer guests to the cashier
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints and concerns
• Ensure a clean and safe dining environment
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements:

• Previous server experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand and walk for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older
