Job Description:
Tube-Mac Industries Inc., a leader in hydraulic piping solutions, is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill our Pipe Fabricator / Bender position. This position requires bending ½ to 6 pipe using various equipment; Ercolina and Coast Benders and mechanical assembly of precision industrial machinery. On-the-job training will be provided in order to use various bending and flaring equipment including Ercolina, Coast, Table-top benders and Tube-Mac Industries proprietary flaring instruments. Welding experience is a plus, but not required. Qualified candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with other Tube-Mac Industries team members and must strictly adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.Responsibilities include:Pipe Handling: Handle and position pipes and other materials, ensuring they are in the correct location for installation.Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, creating a safe working environment and complying with regulatory requirements.Equipment Operation: Operate equipment as required, such as forklifts or other machinery, to support pipe handling and installation.Materials Management: Assist in the inventory management of materials and supplies required for the project.Quality Control: Support the installation of hydraulic systems, ensuring work meets project standards, blueprints, and design specifications.Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors, reporting progress, challenges, and equipment issues as needed.Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily work logs, equipment usage reports, safety documentation, and project reports.Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges or issues that may arise during hydraulic system installation.Skills Required:Candidate must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings.Experience with hand, power tools, micrometers, etc.Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 / hr.
