Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
* The Pipefitter is responsible for replacing and repairing existing pipes, plumbing and pumps using PVC to include welding, pipefitting, and cutting to manage all aspects of piping systems
* This role operate valves to verify repairs and move or relocate equipment for repairs
* You will also inspect worksite to identify obstructions ensuring no construction weakness or interference with other systems
* Pipefitters also read drawings, blueprints and interprets various specifications and adheres to all good manufacturing practices, including sanitary requirements, safety, and standardized work procedures
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree?with 0 to 1 plus years of related experience
* Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
