Our company has built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and reliability, which has earned us a loyal employee and customer base.Job overviewAs a Pipe Welder at CL Construction, you will be responsible for the layout, fabrication, installation and maintenance of piping systems, including the installation of valves and related equipment.Key Responsibilities* Layout and fabrication of new and replacement piping systems* Installation of valves and related piping equipment* Perform repairs and preventive maintenance in conformance with established standards* Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards and work procedures* Provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service deliveryQualifications* 2+ years of experience in Industrial Pipe Welding, and Repairs* 6-G Certification required* 1-2 years of education in industrial maintenance technologies preferred* Working knowledge of blueprint reading and ability to interpret isometric diagrams* Certification or ability to be certified to B31.1 Pipe Welding Code and 6-G in stainless steel* Proficient in using welding equipment such as electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment* Ability to read and decipher engineering drawings and specifications* Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environmentBenefits* Competitive wages* Great work-life balance* Health, Dental and Vision insurance* 7 Paid Company Observed Holidays* PTO* 401k/Matching* Advancement and Growth OpportunitiesCL Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
