Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Anthony Ricco are seeking a PIZZA COOK to join the back-of-house team of their newest restaurant LEUCA.LEUCA is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. LEUCA offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.Ideal Candidates: *Have a passion for making pizza. *Have experience making pizza with a wood burning pizza ovens.*Have excellent knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation. *Are able to lift 25 lbs or more. *Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes. *Support their fellow cooks.Requirements: *Maintain supplies and organization of the pizza station. *Maintain cleanliness and quality control of the pizza station.Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits day of hire for full time employees, as well as a 401(k), Paid Time Off, Employee Dining Discount, BRI Commuter Benefits, (FSA) Flexible Spending Account Benefits, and Referral Reward Program.
