The successful candidate will be 18 + years of age, have (or be able to obtain) a Salt Lake Food Handlers Permit, have reliable transportation to work (not public transportation), be able to lift 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time. The Dough Roller's responsibilities include: making our fresh pizza dough and, after the dough rises, uses a sheeter machine to roll it into the appropriate sizes and weights to be used later in the day as the base for our gourmet pizzas! This is a part-time position. Dough Rollers start at 10AM and work until they have rolled the required number of pizza skins for the day (usually around 2-3pm). $7.25 an hour during training (approximately 2 weeks), then $8.00 per hour.
