- Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
- Prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated area
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes
- Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
- Must have knowledge and ability to make hand tossed pizza and work with a variety of fresh dough.
- Prepares and correctly and safely stores dough, sauces and various toppings
- Plating and packing pizzas correctly

Job Expectations
- Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment.
- May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
