Job Summary

Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, from crafting dough to baking and topping them with fresh ingredients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of pizza-making techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of pizzas while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making great pizzas, we'd love to hear from you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to company recipes and standards.
• Roll and stretch pizza dough to achieve desired thickness and shape.
• Assemble pizzas with appropriate toppings, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate pizza ovens to bake pizzas, monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated according to food safety guidelines.
• Adhere to portion control and quality standards to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of pizza ingredients, notifying management when supplies are low.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow and timely service.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and equipment use.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
• Ensure timely and efficient pizza production
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Previous experience as a pizza maker or similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pizza-making area.
• Maintains work area and equipment. Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
