Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and mechanic and materialmen liens, bond claims, and related notices.
- Conduct depositions and site visits.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Research and confirm title and property information.
- Advise clients regarding lien, bond claim, security, and credit management procedures.
- Attend and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of litigation experience.
- License to practice in Washington in good standing.
- Prior experience with construction defect, HOA/condo, insurance bad faith, etc. a plus.
- Desire to grow with a busy practice.
