Job Description: Position : Plan to Forecast Financial Planning & Analysist[ P2F FP&A] Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration : 6 months contract Total Hours/week : 40:00 1st shift Description: Client is undergoing a transformation of the Finance function. Within that program, the revenue planning team is leading the effort to design, build and implement a streamline and harmonized planning and reporting process for revenue through standard gross profit across Clients global business and regions. The Senior Analyst P2F FP&A will support the P2F transformation initiative, collaborating across the various project team, businesses and functions, ensuring accurate/desirable outcome that will drive the initiative forward. Will serve as a member of the agile team and will support the following implementation and cutover activities: Reporting In addition to the custom/standardized reports created, the BU and Region globally have a requirement for adhoc reporting capabilities equal if not better than the capabilities that exist today. The Senior Analyst P2F FP&A will drive or support the development, documentation and training for these adhoc reporting. Finalize/Refresh Key Decision Document (KDD) During the design and build phase of the project numerous key decision were made that impacted the design/customization of BPC for revenue planning. Most of the Key Decision were documents, however during UAT, training and testing as defects were identified, the teams predominant focus was on having a working solution and less on documentation. As the technical design and transformation logic have now been confirmed, the team need to refresh and enhance the KDD. The Senior Analyst P2F FP&A will be responsible for leading the effort and working with the technical and process team members to update and or create these KDD. Data Validation The Senior Analyst P2F FP&A will support data validation for several implementation/cutover activities, including Data migration, Projection Simulation, and Budget Replication. Coordinate the compilation and disposition of data integrity issues identified Assist with development and execution of change management and communication plan Manage security and access provision for end user training and implementation Support HyperCare activities, including triaging, monitoring and tracking issue, defects and resolution during the cutover and go-live period Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. 7 years of experience - Financial analysis / Accounting. 1 years of experience BPC, QV & Hyperion. Experience with system implementation a Plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a face-paced, challenging environment; strong attention to detail. Self-driven, proactive, and seeks continuous improvement.
