Who You Are:
As the Planner, Ecommerce, you will play a key role in developing financial plans and monitoring the performance of sales, inventory, and profit from a top line to category level. You will also be responsible for reporting and recapping your business to cross functional partners and leaders throughout the organization. You will work closely with the buying and digital teams to manage the open-to-buy, analyze seasonal merchandise assortments/strategies with a focus on ecommerce exclusives and key periods such as holiday weekends/segmented promotions. You have strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills, are curious, collaborative and an effective communicator that thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
