The Role:
Suffolk is looking for a Planning (Scheduling) Analytics Manager with expertise in CPM scheduling, construction planning, data analytics, P6 administration, and corporate reporting. The ideal candidate is a visionary with extensive experience in planning and is a subject matter expert in project scheduling, with a passion for applying cutting-edge technologies. Specifically, this role involves leading the transformation of project scheduling through AI integration. This strategic position is perfect for someone who has a knack for seeing solutions in planning data and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities, managing multi-million-dollar projects across sectors such as commercial, higher education, K-12 schools, healthcare, life science, and data center construction.
The Planning Analytics Manager collaborates with the planning, operations excellence, data analytics, and IT departments to support and implement high-quality, data-driven processes and tools. He/she will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by creating optimal processes and tools using historical data and planning trends. The role also involves deriving key findings from the planning data and leveraging these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.
