Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a Planning and Construction Project Coordinator to join our team!
DESCRIPTION: The Planning & Construction Project Coordinator supports Aspirus' Facility Planning and Construction Management Team objectives through the coordination and implementation of various aspects of planning and construction projects. This position collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively assist and organize the work efforts of the Planning and Construction Project Managers within the department.
HOURS: Fulltime 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly. Day Shift.
Experience/Qualifications
* Associate Degree is required.
* Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
* 2 to 3 years of experience with projects, capital purchasing and/or FFE procurement.
* Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) preferred but not required.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or willingness to explore this certification is preferred but not required.
* Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred but not required.
* A minimum of three years' work experience coordinating projects or associated components.
* Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
* Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
