Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for an SAP Planning Coordinator to join their New York team on a contract basis.
Essential Functions:
- Support execution of allocation strategy for core and novelty collections
- Supports and monitors MRP & MDS parameters for inventory optimization
- Evaluate and monitor stock level at POS and E-commerce site at the SKU level and maintain healthy MOC across network
- Assist with monthly inventory reconciliation process to ensure EOY targets are achieved
- Manage all procurement and purchase orders of sellable goods from HQ
- Provide distributional support with the local DC to ensure timely deliveries
- Build strong cross functional relationships
- Support manager on all inventory planning tasks (events, client requests, internal sales)
- Support planning team on ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 1-2 year of experience in supply chain, planning or allocation role
- Experience in luxury would be a plus
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to details
- Knowledge in ERP system (ie: SAP, AS400, Anaplan…)
