Job descriptionThe Plant Administrator I is responsible for assisting in all aspects of office administration, including, but not limited to: filing records, maintaining correspondence, HR duties, handling mail, scheduling meetings, stocking office supplies, etc.
Job Duties- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors and employee needs
- Research and creates presentations as needed
- Generate reports
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Provide clerical assistance to the Production Manager and Office staff regarding product samples
- Assist the organization with its ISO 9001 quality program.
- Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- One year of admin or assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP a plus
