Job descriptionThe Plant Administrator I is responsible for assisting in all aspects of office administration, including, but not limited to: filing records, maintaining correspondence, HR duties, handling mail, scheduling meetings, stocking office supplies, etc.Job Duties
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide general support to visitors and employee needs
  • Research and creates presentations as needed
  • Generate reports
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Cover the reception desk when required
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Provide clerical assistance to the Production Manager and Office staff regarding product samples
  • Assist the organization with its ISO 9001 quality program.
  • Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • One year of admin or assistant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP a plus
