Our Sturtevant, WI location is part of our Meat Division and creates dry seasoning blends for meat and snacks items that spice up the life of Kerry customers. Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. What You'll Do
Role Description, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required: 1. Coordinate and Track New Hire Orientation and system set up for new employees (ex. key fob, etc)
2. Track and manage learning plans in Alchemy for all monthly required Safety and Quality Trainings. Follow-up with all non-compliant employees weekly starting the second week of each period and send out an email to all department managers of the status.
3. Complete assigned Intelex tasks to include H&S, and G6.4. Complete all daily required personnel file management tasks.
5. Provide project support to include: coordinate employee communications, review of documents, creation of documents, and assist with minor trainings.
6. Monitor/Audit time & attendance of all hourly personnel to include sending disciplinary action notices to supervisors to administer to their direct reports.
7. Manage conference room supplies, snacks and tidiness.
8. Coordinate all Townhall slides. Communicate with department heads to prepare presentation. Set up meeting, ensure slides are ready for meetings and run-through is executed.
9. Coordinate all community activities that the plant is involved in (must be lead or co-lead of KEEP committee).
10. Attend the employee engagement meetings and lead the preparation of plant events.
11. Post employee activities to Workplace (internal social media)
12. Manage Digital Signage for the plant.
13. Manage employee certifications and notify employees who are due for expiration 30 days ahead of their expiration to allow them time to get re-certified (forklift and aerial training).
14. Scan required documents to HR SharePoint portal and/or AskHR.
15. Manage lunches and visitor engagements for site.
16. Ensure onboarding of admin/salaried staff is a positive employee experience ex. Prep baskets, offices, etc.
17. Manage site POs and vendors.
18. Complete any other tasks as needed assigned by manager.
What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED, college degree preferred
Microsoft Office Suite 5 years managing busy multi-business function administrative environment.

Experience working in a manufacturing administrative environment
Self-starter, flexible and self directed
Resolution focused mind-set
Customer Service Focused - Plant employees
Able to prioritize, organize, and manage time & resources effectively
Experience with Kronos/ADP/HR processes a plus
Systems (computer portals, applications, and database) savvy
