Job Title: Plant Controller Location: Southern OhioSalary: $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experienceFully in officePosition Summary:The Plant Controller will lead financial operations across multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost management, and compliance with corporate standards. This role is critical for driving financial performance, analyzing cost structures, and providing strategic guidance to plant leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, plant operations, and multi-site financial management within the manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production-related financial analysis
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial activities
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve financial goals and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Strong background in cost accounting and operational finance within a manufacturing setting
