The Plant Controller will oversee the cost accounting functions for 4 different plants and business units while navigating an ERP transition to streamline each business model.

International desserts and baked goods manufacturer expanding rapidly in the US markets. Looking to add to their dynamic team.

Description

• Establish a common database across the four companies to set up and maintain a proper cost accounting function
• Determine and maintain standard costs of manufactured goods.
• Establish and maintain standard reports (e.g. PPV, MSM Workbooks, overhead calculations, inventory reconciliation, etc.) to improve transparency on costs and profitability
• Manage 2 Cost Accountants.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 4+ years of related Cost Accounting experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in working with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
