Duties:
- Lead and manage capital projects
- Support and troubleshoot maintenance activities
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Analyze equipment failures and improve plant processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and mechanical integrity standards
Education:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing or production facilities
- Knowledge of electrical systems, pumps, fans, and conveyors
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
