Whether you are looking for an assembly position or a career in manufacturing management, you can thrive as a member of our team.PLANT LIAISONJOB SUMMARY:A Plant Liaison is responsible for being a representative of the Company in all activities entered into at the Customer's Location.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support Customer Relationship at Customer's Site.Check in daily with every area coordinator.Listen to customer needs and communicate information back to Android/Avancez local plant leadership team.Provide follow up/feedback to customer regarding their needs.Monitor installation of modules and material handling practices.Visit/observe every area installing Company's modules throughout shift.Monitor incoming stock sequences and escalate any issues to LPLT.Review non-conforming material at site and follow customers and Android/Avancez return material process.Ensure customer plant is returning racks, and other material handling assets as required to maintain shipments, escalate any issues as necessary.Protect Android/Avancez reputation at the customer site during issues.Investigate any identified problem at customer location.Communicate concern to Android/Avancez local plant management team.Contain problem at customer location and communicate break point.Order replacement parts used for repair, if required.Complete a liaison report and send to managers at Company's plant.All other duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Experience: 3+ years working in a production environment.TRAVEL:Travel Required: minimum.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Demonstrates the ability to follow systems.Demonstrates exceptional performance in current job.Demonstrates good attendance in current job.Treats team members with dignity and respect.Desire to continually improve.Flexibility to work additional and non-routine hours.Initiative to overcome obstacles and get the job done.Product knowledge.Company's systems knowledge.Computer Skills - Microsoft Office (Excel).Material handling/Flow experience.Knowledge of system documentation and flow charts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.BENEFITS:Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical.VSP Vision.401k Matching.Tuition Reimbursement.Paid Time Off.Employee Assistance Program.Additional Competitive Benefits.PURPOSE:Building A Better EverythingWe build a better culture by putting people before profit, leading for purpose, passion and performance, and creating an environment devoted to an exceptional experience for our customers and people.
