Synerfac is seeking a Plant Maintenance Engineer for our client in Capitol Heights, MD. Our client is a unique textile rental service systems that offers a complete line of linens, uniforms, mats, textile and disposable related products Responsibilities: - Perform scheduled preventative maintenance program- Work with other associates in a team to accomplish goals- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards- Assist in other areas and/or departments as needed- Supervision of front line maintenance personnel- Train and develop existing and new maintenance staff- Design, plan, install, and maintain plant systemsJob Requirements- 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience- 3+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory position- Knowledge of: Boilers, Air Compressors, Welding/Piping, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Electrical Circuity, PLC's, Electro/mechanical utility and electrical trouble shooting.- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+lbs.
