The company is seeking to fill a Maintenance Tech position at their Rochester, NY facility. The primary role of the tech is to work as a leader on the maintenance team to support company objectives with respect to maintaining and enhancing equipment to support production requirements. Responsibilities include setup, repair, install, maintain machinery equipment including; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, special projects, measuring and calibrating equipment, performing preventative maintenance duties. The role requires a person with leadership abilities and strong mechanical and or electrical aptitude (multi-craft a plus), which can work with internal and external customers, and can work as part of the maintenance team and has demonstrated the ability to work independently Along with being actively involved in the support of Safety, Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices, and Preventive Maintenance programs.- Pay: $20 - $28 per hour + overtime at time and half- Bonus Program- Matching 401K and Company Profit Sharing! You will be compensated at time and a half for any overtime beyond 40 hours.
