Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance
- Driving productivity, capacity utilization, and efficiency improvements, including the management of outside processing
- Leading and managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics
- Resolving operational, quality, and maintenance challenges to prevent delays and optimize costs
- Implementing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement processes to enhance plant performance and operational results
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to achieve financial goals and drive profitability
- Developing, mentoring, and leading teams to foster a high-performance culture and identify future leaders
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and champion a safety-first culture across the facility

Profile
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent management experience (minimum of 5 years in manufacturing leadership)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to drive results through influence and collaboration
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Strong experience in LEAN manufacturing and process optimization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage complexity and change, with a demonstrated track record of operational success
- Experience in managing large teams, developing leaders, and creating a high-performance culture
- Willingness to travel as needed
Job Offer
- Base salary $120,000 - $140,000 depending on level of experience
