Nexus Search have partnered with a leading $B Food Ingredient Manufacturer who are looking for a Plant Manager to lead their ~150 employee site focused which manufactures Ingredients for the Food manufacturing space.
They are looking for a strong leader with deep Plant Management experience, who Must have experience manufacturing dry Food Ingredients for B2B. Ideally the candidate will have packaging/bottling experience too. There will be lots of Lean Six Sigma/CI & TPM projects, so experience here will also be essential.
This is a leader in the Ingredients space, with great career progression and upward mobility into one of their most important sites.
