Focus:

  • Develop and implement solid operating plans for current and upcoming months, ensuring preparation for challenges.
  • Foster a performance-based culture that prioritizes safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Provide clear organizational direction and communication aligning with corporate goals and objectives to all plant departments.
  • Review daily operational reports to resolve issues, minimize expenditures, and prevent operational delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address day-to-day challenges and support continuous improvement.
  • Formulate policies, programs, and objectives that impact production schedule, quality, and cost.
  • Lead the implementation of confidential manufacturing initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and apply best practices.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate staff performance, maintaining high morale and good employee relations.
  • Delegate work to the team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and company procedures.

Skill Set

  • 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, with a strong track record of team development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have background in steel tubing and/or piping.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO and API standards.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with the ability to make strategic decisions with urgency.
