Focus:
- Develop and implement solid operating plans for current and upcoming months, ensuring preparation for challenges.
- Foster a performance-based culture that prioritizes safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Provide clear organizational direction and communication aligning with corporate goals and objectives to all plant departments.
- Review daily operational reports to resolve issues, minimize expenditures, and prevent operational delays.

Skill Set
- 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, with a strong track record of team development.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Must have background in steel tubing and/or piping.
- Strong knowledge of ISO and API standards.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter with the ability to make strategic decisions with urgency.
