Weaver Nut Company, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to provide leadership and cultivate results for the day-to-day plant operations. The successful candidate will work closely with company owners to meet production deadlines, exceed customer expectations, and ensure processes and systems are operating efficiently including equipment use and maintenance. Additionally, the Plant Manager will work closely with the company owners to advance strategic initiatives and drive company growth. Weaver Nut Company, Inc. is seeking a loyal, dependable leader to proactively provide solutions and develop employees to their fullest potential.

Plant Manager Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years leadership/management experience, required
• Business operations experience and knowledge, essential
• Experience in food production and knowledge of food safety standards & related industry regulations, including Safe Quality Foods (SQF), required
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, required; Ability to utilize technology to create efficiencies, desired
• Community involvement, strongly preferred
