Preferred Qualifications & Job Specific Details:

Preferably, YOU have:

• 5+ years of experience in leading plant operations
• Prior experience in construction supply or industrial distribution
• Must have fire-sprinkler fabrication experience.
• Must be willing to be active daily in the shop.
• Willing to work in a dusty/dirty welding shop environment.
• Experience with multiple personalities.
• Bi-lingual is a plus
