Role Overview:
Looking for a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to own the P&L and to lead and optimize our manufacturing facility. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of functions.
Tasks:
- Operational leadership: direct and oversee all plant operations with full P&L responsibility
- Product management: plan and coordinate daily production schedules
- Business Development
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Restructuring and Change Management
- Cost Management
- Quality and Compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a General/Plant Manager role in an Automotive Tier 1 supplier industry
- Proven experience in S&OP, lean manufacturing and restructuring environments
- Proficient in using ERP systems
