Titan International is seeking a professional for Plant Manager to oversee its Pottstown, PA operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for Manufacturing (metal powder production / milling), Shipping & Receiving, Warehousing & Inventory and Maintenance. Good communication skills and the ability to lead a team to meet or exceed goals is critically required. Sufficient relevant work experience and a commitment to work extended hours as needed to meet objectives are essential. English language capability required. Titan offers a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production processes
- Manage staff and labor resources
- Manage EH&S, ISO & Quality management systems
- Manage regulatory requirements & filings. Interface with government agencies including DEP, EPA, OSHA.
- Conduct product and byproduct sampling and testing to recommend process adjustments.
- Daily reporting of key metrics.
- Control costs and identify cost reductions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering and/or Metallurgy.
- Training & experience working with hazardous chemicals & materials.
- Experience with EH&S and Quality systems.
- Strong math, computer and Excel skills a must.
- Experience with hydrometallurgy, precious metal recycling & refining a plus.
- Experience with 3D additive manufacturing a plus.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software a plus.
- Plant Cost Controller experience a plus.
