Your Mission:

- Facility Guardian: Safeguard the plant and equipment, manage capital expenses, and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

- Inventory Mastermind: Collaborate with vendors, manage inventory, and ensure seamless production by aligning resources and schedules.
What You Bring:
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience that demonstrates your expertise.
- Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing with a proven track record of leadership, budget management, and quality control. Bonus points for experience with Quality Management Systems.
- Certifications: Lean or Six Sigma certifications preferred you know how to drive change and efficiency!
- Skills: Youre a strategic planner with a knack for production scheduling, process improvements, and cost control. Plus, you're savvy with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Leadership: Servant leader with a passion for mentorship, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire change at every level.
