The Plant Manager will oversee all facets of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and capital expenditures. Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage daily operations to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.

+ Oversee quality assurance programs and compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMPs), ensuring consistent product excellence.

+ Develop and implement capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including new equipment installations and facility expansions.

+ Direct HVAC systems maintenance and upgrades, ensuring optimal performance and environmental control within the plant.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources.

+ Oversee facility maintenance and equipment reliability to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

+ Manage the plant budget, with a focus on cost control and return on investment.

+ Mentor and develop supervisors and production staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

+ Monitor KPIs and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
