We are partnered with a well-established automotive components manufacturer in Kansas City. This mid-size organization is experiencing growth across their network of plants and is in need of a Plant General Manager for a well established and complex facility in Kansas City. The organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the complex plant.

Qualifications

• BS Degree
• 10+ Years Operations/Plant leadership in Tier 1 Automotive
• Experience working in a complex facility with multiple manufacturing processes and customers
• Experience leading a 400+ person factory
• Full P&L
