Come join us in Florida! We are a fast-growing, US-based food and beverage company striving for operational excellence. We need a Plant Manager who can show us what ‘great' looks like, including leading the new fully staffed plant leadership team in TPM, CI, 5S and OpEx methodologies.

Your mission will be to bring your world-class experience and skills to manage/teach the team in this non-union facility focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience leading operations for a world-class company, a disciplined process driven approach to running a plant, solid problem-solving skills, commitment to doing preventative maintenance and understand how to drive waste elimination into focused projects to drive year over year productivity.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Plant management experience in the food, beverage or packaging industry ideal.
• Proven track record of building high performance maintenance and production teams using Op Ex, TPM, and Continuous Improvement tools.
• Experience in high-speed food/beverage manufacturing operations preferred.
