We have a Plant Manager opportunity available with a leading Manufacturer, East of Syracuse, NY.
This is an excellent opportunity that allows for continued career growth to become a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop production teams, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Oversee P&L, driving cost reductions and meeting quarterly targets.
- Ensure production processes align with quality standards and customer expectations.
- Foster a culture of accountability and streamlined processes for optimal performance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing (preferably aerospace or metals).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
