Position Overview:The Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with quality standards. This role involves leading a team of employees, managing budgets, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Plant Manager serves as a key liaison between upper management and on-site staff to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.   • Plan, direct, and coordinate all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate plant staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Develop team skills and capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to all workplace safety regulations and enforce safety policies to maintain a zero-incident environment.
  • Develop and manage the plants operational budget, tracking expenses and controlling costs.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
  • Analyze production metrics and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure products meet specifications and are delivered on schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of progressive management experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes, including maintenance requirements.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
