Plant Manager/Director: Oversee manufacturing and distribution operations for a facility approaching 200 team members with a mix of hourly and salaried professionals.

Relocation supported to the Shenandoah Valley Area Virginia.

Responsible for all aspects of operations and achieving key performance measurements related to safety, quality, service, and cost, while continually improving process reliability and performance (people and manufacturing).

Background:

Degree - Engineering or Technical

10+ years of Manufacturing Plant Leadership

15+ years of Manufacturing experience (plastics, non-woven, packaging)

Lean Manufacturing

Six Sigma
