The plant has been a significant source of electricity for the region and has undergone upgrades to meet environmental regulations, ensuring its continued role in maintaining grid stability. Opportunity Summary The Plant Manager's responsibilities encompass operations, maintenance, engineering, and facility management, all guided by the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Agreement and other project agreements. Serving as the primary interface with the Owner, they also act as a community liaison and engage with regulatory agency representatives as directed by the Owner. Additionally, leadership is provided to all Plant personnel, including tasks such as employee selection, technical training, and maintaining employee qualifications.
