ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
Process and Systems oriented
Ability to self-manage, direct supervisory and management exp.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel including executive management
Ability to obtain any necessary state certifications and licenses that are required
Maintenance & Technical systems experience including CMMS experience implementation and execution
The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.
