What is my day to day like? We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a background in pulp and paper manufacturing to oversee the daily operations of our Texas facility. This leadership role oversees 200 employees and counting and is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and maintaining the highest quality standards in manufacturing. The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading production and maintenance teams, enhancing machine efficiencies, reducing waste, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Your day will include but is not limited to: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including but not limited to Re-Pulping/ Delivery, Forming, Coating, scheduling, process engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for all production machinery, including 30 Forming machines and 6 Coating machines.
