About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Painesville, OH. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our team of engineers, technicians, and production staff to optimize our manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our plant operates at peak efficiency, delivering high-quality products to our customers on time and within budget.Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Experience with injection molding and assembly plant operations.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the durable goods manufacturing industry.
- Experience with process engineering and optimization.
- Experience with Six Sigma or other quality control methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
