Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable operations, maintaining world-class quality and customer relationships in a safe environment.
- Guide a workforce of hourly and salaried employees, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Work closely with customers to develop strategies, optimize costs, and achieve shared goals.
- Implement and maintain Lean methodologies, constantly refining systems and processes.
- Collaborate with accounting on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in senior management or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and related methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of JIT manufacturing, cost management, logistics, and quality management.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (Health & Safety, Environment, Labor) and accounting principles.
