Supervises office staff and reviews inbound and outbound waste streams.Works with management team to adhere to implement and develop standard work practicesWorks with team to ensure that daily production goals are metOversees and trains an effective and efficient staff:Makes recommendations for merit increases and performance appraisalsMonitors operations and staff and recommends, when necessary, changes in methods, procedures and structure, to secure optimum utilization of resourcesAdministers all Company policies and procedures, communicates to staff, interprets, as necessary, and ensures complianceMonitors and ensures that employees are performing their functions safely and productively.
