At our Harvey, LA site, we need someone skilled in operating, maintaining and repairing the equipment that unloads cement material from barges to trucks. This job is more than just moving bulk material; it involves understanding how machines work and keeping them running smoothly. It's a chance to do important work that really matters. What We Offer:
- Competitive pay of $25-$28 per hour.
- Consistent work hours: 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturdays.

Your Role:
- Operate heavy machinery like skid steers, cranes, and man lifts.
- Step out from the controls to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance.
- Safely and efficiently unload cement material.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and fix machinery issues, including emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Always follow safety rules to protect yourself and your team.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- Has experience with industrial maintenance or heavy machinery.
- Is ready to do both the physical and technical work, such as fixing machines, not just operating them.
- Can maintain and repair equipment to ensure it stays in good working condition.
- Understands hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics, and has some knowledge of electrical systems.
- Has at least a High School Diploma or GED. More technical training is a plus.
