SALARY: $100,000-$118,750 annually

SHIFT: Monday through Friday

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a candidate who is energized by a fast paced, always evolving, world class work environment. You and your team will evaluate the health of a production line, create a plan for rapid improvement and execute that plan utilizing Scrum/Agile methodology. After achieving world class results, your team will deploy to the next biggest issue facing our zone

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Lead continuous improvement task force team that will focus on improving line performance that has largest impact to zone through scrum methodology

  • Build/lead teams that have the right knowledge and expertise to solve biggest problems driving performance

  • Own the performance of the focus line and routine report out

  • Identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and ensure team supports actions with data analysis

  • Provide guidance and development to the team & foster a culture of excellence

  • Utilize standard management tools (VPO) to close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, SIC, MCRS, 5 Why's, PDCA and SCDA cycles, etc.)

  • Drive 1YP strategy execution in area of ownership

  • Identify gaps in current process and implement new solutions

  • Provide technical (electro mechanical) leadership to solve short to long range process based problems in our Packaging Operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or similar discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading continuous improvement in fast paced manufacturing environment

  • Strong leadership/communication skills with ability to work in teams

  • Results driven mindset with the ability to influence others

  • Ability to problem solve with data driven approach (PDCA methodology)

  • Knowledge of Scrum approach to execute work efficiently
