Plant Technician
: Job Details :

#x 9; Oversee daily plant operations to meet production, safety, and financial goals. Provide technical support, including interpreting schematics and recommending equipment. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards. Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures. Commission, test, and operate plant systems post-construction. Comply with all plant safety regulations and actively participate in safety training. Monitor production processes through computerized systems and physical inspections. Perform plant inspections and quality control tests. Maintain detailed logs of plant activities, shutdowns, and troubleshooting. Suggest improvements to enhance production methods and equipment performance. Qualifications & Skills: Associates degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience (required). Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting abilities.
