Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOutside Cart Services and Operations Attendant Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club is looking for part-time and full-time Cart Services and Operations Attendant.They will assist in every phase of outside cart staff operations. Providing excellent member service for all golf-related activities. All staff at Plantation Bay are required to work both at Founders and Prestwick courses. Included below are all duties required for work at both Founders and Prestwick.Duties: Practice core values in accordance with Club member and guest service policies and procedures. Greets all members /guests upon arrival, addressing as Mr., Mrs., Ms., using last name. Assist with loading and unloading of golf bags. Ensure clean carts are staged and properly stocked with accessories. Wash golf carts after use and ensure proper storage to include charging batteries and logged. Assist with cart detailing. Pick and clean range, assure accessories and range balls are in good order and clean. Maintain practice range standards. Keep cart barn, parking & staging areas clean and free of liter and debris. Daily cleaning of all entrance access points to bag drop, golf shop and front door area of clubhouse Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist Professional Staff with all tournament and daily operations. (Starter and Ranger experience a PLUS) Attend required staff meetings. Clean member /guest carts and clubs Report any cart damage or mechanical problems to Professional Staff immediately. Ensure proper care of all company assets. Perform any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor, Professional Staff or GMQualifications: Knowledge of Golf Rules, Regulations and Operations Professional appearance and demeanor Courteous, guest-oriented philosophy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible to work varying schedules. Positive Attitude Attendance and Punctuality Safety awarenessEducation:High School Diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements: Lift up to 50 pounds Perform bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping. Verbal and listening abilities. Effective visual skills Problem-solving rationalization Other job-related duties as requested This is an hourly, plus gratuities position.
