About the Role iCapital is looking for a motivated and eager candidate to join the Implementation Specialists team to support the expanding development of the platform partnerships with iCapital and financial intermediaries. The team sits within the Product department and is responsible for managing integration activity for both new and existing clients as well as managing the client experience with the iCapital platform in close partnership with Product Managers and Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate has a penchant for knowledge, a hunger for growth and learning, is comfortable interacting with clients and 3rd party vendors, and will embrace a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities

  • Support the Implementation Lead on all aspects of new and existing client integrations including but not limited to project management, operating model and business process design, data integration with clients and 3rd party Admin and TAs, and platform set-up, testing and rollout
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and work with the Implementation Lead to manage the client's overall platform experience including maximizing their consumption of the platform
  • Learn all interfaces on iCapital platform; Develop an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end platform and conduct platform demonstrations
  • Drive operational efficiencies and platform enhancements proactively and consistently
  • Document and update procedures, processes, and workflow, assisting with the creation of playbooks and client collateral
  • Understand our client's business circumstances and how that translates to the iCapital platform and provide internal stakeholders with client context to assess change management activities
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Implementation Leads to support the delivery of new product enhancements and updates including client testing where applicable, and communication and platform configurations.
  • Work with Platform Support and Product Management teams to troubleshoot platform issues
  • Work in collaboration with Product Management, Relationship Management and Sales, Investor Relations, Platform Support, and other teams to deliver for our clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in project management/operational financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across both internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics skills
  • History of being a team player, willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get the job done
  • Detail-oriented and able to strategically prioritize tasks
  • Desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in alternative investments or financial services is preferred
Benefits The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
