As a Launch Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to travel across the country and onboard restaurant merchants, ensuring they have an exceptional experience throughout their entire journey on the platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic programs that enhance the efficiency of merchant onboarding, while also optimizing their overall experience. Working closely with their sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams, you will play a crucial role in building a delightful experience for valued merchants.

To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional external and internal customer support skills. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams will be vital in creating a seamless onboarding process for our merchants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-5 years of work experience in account management, systems implementation, customer support, or hospitality
• Excellent external and internal customer support skills
• Driven/led a successful (measured by adoption) business opportunity, developed process improvements, and enabled stakeholders on process changes
