Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the document hosting platform, ensuring optimal performance for key clients and third-party providers.
- Perform data validation and quality control, maintaining accuracy and reliability in processing.
- Simplify and communicate technical issues for non-technical audiences effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and workflows for team transparency.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to troubleshoot issues, handle client requests, and improve data operations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in an operations role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or similar fields involving document hosting or data operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on detail and quality.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or ETL is a plus, along with interest in data automation.
- Experience in a ticketing environment is beneficial.
